To keep your plush looking their best:

• Spot clean only using a damp cloth

• Do not machine wash or tumble dry

• Avoid soaking or harsh detergents

• Keep away from open flames

• Handle gently.

As each item is handmade, I do not offer refunds for change of mind unless the following conditions are met:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

• The item must be unused and in perfect, original condition

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

• Only the cost of the item will be refunded

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted after 7 days of delivery.
