Because our products are digital and instantly accessible after purchase, our refund policy differs from that of physical items.

Digital Product Refunds

All crochet patterns, printables, and other digital files sold through HaylsArt.com are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed.

This is because digital items cannot be returned or “un-downloaded.”

However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you experience an issue, please reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right.

You can contact us for help if:

• You accidentally purchased the same item more than once

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or not as described

• You encountered a technical issue accessing your files

Pattern Usage

You are welcome to sell finished items made using my patterns; however, please ensure that credit is given to “Hayls Art Creations” as the pattern designer on all product listings or tags.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing of any digital files — in part or in full — is strictly prohibited.
