All handmade items are created and packaged with care.

Made-to-order items: Please allow the timeframe mentioned on each individual listing for your order to be handmade before shipment.

Ready-to-ship items: These are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days after purchase.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, holidays, or due to supply delays — but I’ll always communicate if there are any changes.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship from South Australia, Australia using trusted carriers such as Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times:

Within Australia: 2–8 business days (depending on destination and postage type)

International orders: 10–25 business days (depending on customs and carrier delays)
Tracking information will always be provided.
Please note: once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and delivery method.
From time to time, we may offer free or flat-rate shipping promotions — these will be clearly displayed on our website.

These are not included in the product or shipping prices listed on our website.
We cannot mark items as “gifts” or falsify customs information.
